We offer hassle-free returns. If any product that you receive does not meet your expectations, do write to us and we'll surely assist you.
Damaged or Wrong Item
If outer packing is damaged, check product before accepting delivery. Leave a remark at time of receipt. Contact us within 24 hours of receiving the product. Retain all packaging materials until we provide instructions. Do not return before receiving confirmation from us.
Returns
Write to us within 24 hours of receiving the product. Once we verify the damage or defect, our team will email you with return instructions. All defective products must be returned in original condition with original packaging and invoice.
Product Authenticity
Each saree is carefully sourced and inspected before dispatch. Being handcrafted and handwoven, slight variations in color, fabric weave, or design may occur due to lighting, photography, and screen differences—these are not considered defects.
Accessories
Items like jewelry, dupattas, clutches are accessories. Returns are not acceptable unless received damaged in transit.
Refund Policy - Store Credit ONLY
IMPORTANT: All refunds will be issued as STORE CREDIT ONLY. No cash or card refunds will be provided. Store credit can be used for future purchases on our website and never expires. Refund will only be issued if the order is damaged, faulty, or wrong. No refund if color and size were as selected by customer.
Cancellation
Orders can only be cancelled within 24 hours of placing the order. No cancellations after 24 hours. Refund will be through store credit only.
Shipping & Delivery
Delivery across Mauritius. Estimated delivery: 2–5 working days. Delivery timelines may vary during peak seasons.
Payment Verification
Please allow 24-48 hours for payment verification. Once confirmed, we'll notify you immediately and begin processing your order. Thank you for your patience.
Product Disclaimer
Product specifications (weight, color, handwork, size) are approximate values. Variations in color and embellishment may occur due to fabric dyes, weather, lighting, and screen differences. Apparel with beads/sequins may have some that come off even with careful handling.
